JD Clutch and Wheel Sprockets
Greetings Cannonballers,
I made a batch of clutch and wheel sprockets from 8620 with hardened teeth. There are 20, 44 tooth wheel sprockets, 10, 43 tooth and 10, 44 tooth clutch sprockets. A little over half are spoken for. They ship bare ( no plating) in oil so they will not rust. You will have to re-use your clutch basket and center hub/bearing race. I will have a page up on the website by Monday and will post the link then. Price is $275 for the wheel and $250 for the clutch. Here are a couple of shots after normalizing and before carburizing of the teeth. The spline on the wheel sprocket is last. I do it with my wire EDM. Thanks, Phil |

RE: JD Clutch and Wheel Sprockets
Greetings Cannonballers,
I have 7 wheel sprockets and 6 clutch sprockets left. So if you want one or both for the ride now might be the time. Here is a couple of shots of the clutch sprocket. They do not come with the center hub that is in the picture I was just checking to make sure everything fit like the original when the picture was taken. Thanks, Phil |

RE: JD Clutch and Wheel Sprockets
Greetings,
The first batch of sprockets are back form heat treat. I've been cutting splines in the wheel sprockets most of the afternoon. 1 1/2 hours in the wire edm ea. There is no fast way around that process. Shipped some today and the second batch will go out Wednesday and Thursday. The remainder will be shipped mid week next. Thanks to all who have ordered. Best regards, Phil |
