Texas-Style Welcome
Not sure if this post actually belongs on this particulat thread, but what the heck....
On behalf of the Carson Classic Motors race team and the Roaring Rudges Race team, I want to extend a big welcome to Chris Knoop (#16) and his Southern Cross racing team. Over the weekend, Chris accepted our offer to operate out of our team's newly acquired 28' race trailer for the Cannonball. It's great to have you guys aboard, and we're looking forward to some great memories. (I'm not sure if the Brits and Aussies really know what they got themselves into, hanging out with some good ole' boys from Texas....the surprise awaits!) RE: Texas-Style Welcome
In some of the smaller towns we have had to use more than one hotel. So when filling out our rooming lists we have been careful to put crews who are teaming together into the same hotel location. However this Knoop addition to the Carson's team is new information, so there are a few locations that have already been booked that may have you folks in different locations. All the hotels are within walking distance of each other though, and from now on we will work to keep all of you under the same roof.

Thanks for letting me know, Lonnie- though it's no sweat....we'll make it work! :-) "It is not the man who makes the journey, but the journey who makes the man." - Unknown Buck Carson Carson Classic Motors Race Team Rider Number 3, 1927 BSA single |
