2012 Rules -- Classes
Hi Lonnie.

A 45" Indian 101 Scout 2 cylinder engine has a bore of 2.875" and a stroke of 3.5". The displacement is 45.4426ci or 744.6715cc. That makes it class I. Correct?

RE: 2012 Rules -- Classes
we were looking to have the 45's and the 61's in class 2, and the smaller bikes in class 1. the main reason we even had to divide the bikes is so we would be able to let the riders leave at different times in the morning, as opposed to letting 70 riders all leave at once. considering the class of the bike in scoring is not something i'm really happy about. but we are working on it.

RE: 2012 Rules -- Classes
I was surprised and raised the point about the 101 Scout squeaking into class I because I thought you might not have intended that. Lower your class definition to 700cc or 600cc? Or, just designate each entrant to a class as you see fit?
