food and stops
Hello I would like to get some info in what the riders would like to eat on the stops. I am hosting lunch in Tupelo Miss. on Sept. 15th and think it would be good to pool our thoughts on how to pull this off so that the riders and fans have good stops. there are things needed at stops like time card tables and shade spots to sit. it would be nice if every one did not serve the same food every day at each stop.

On behalf of the riders I'd like to thank you for stepping up and offering to feed us all. Very generous.

RE: food and stops
Thanks for getting back to me I hope some of the other sponsors can chime in so we can make the stops something great for the riders and all the fans that are coming out to see this fine event.
As for the food we got southern BBQ, fried catfish, mississippi sweetpotatos, greens, fried chicken, and so much more. I think some foods may be very heavy on the gut.
