Slow Moving Vehicle
riders are going to really have to keep in mind how visable they are going to be on the highway.we had considered making the orange triangle required equipment, but realized that no one was going to go for it. i think it may be a good idea though. some roads in the west have a 75 MPH speed limit.then there's the 58 miles of interstate. personally i'm going to have the triangle handy, and use it when i think it may be needed. the main thing that we need for visability is lights. a good tail light ,and brake light is required equipment.as well as a headlight.

Lonnie,
Maybe guys should consider reflective tape on helmets, and on their jackets...

RE: Slow Moving Vehicle
Hello
Boy ,do I feel bad.
I wore a black helmet, Levi jacket most of the time and two flashing red light to the rear and two bicycle led lights in the front.
Maybe I got lucky this time. Still think the larger than normal rear view mirror is the main key to safety.

RE: Slow Moving Vehicle
The common-sense practice of periodically pulling over to let traffic by would make sense. When cage drivers get frustrated and take risks is when bad things happen.

Some states have a requirement that you can only impede so many vehicle before you have to pull over and let them pass.
Reflective, visible items are highly recomended.I saw a guy get smacked hard on a Vincent because of lack of visibility.
