Hi Allen,
The curved ends are called 'control swivels' and the cotter ends are called 'yokes'. Call RESTORATION SUPPLY CO. @ 800-306-7008. They have a great little catalog with this stuff and a little more that early bikes may find usefull. They are an early car supply co. but back then all this stuff was shared.. Good luck !
